Advance continuous quality improvement as Regional Director of Quality with Schlegel Villages, supporting West region Villages through a hybrid, travel-focused role.
This Regional Director role supports long-term care and retirement Villages through the organization’s Quality Framework. You will build capacity in quality assurance, risk management, compliance, and improvement initiatives. The work includes collaborating with Village leaders and Support Office teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and sustain the organization’s Quality Framework
Identify improvement opportunities and analyze root causes
Guide sustainable action plans across Villages
Use quality indicators and trends to inform improvements




Conduct training, audits, site visits, and operational support
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Robust analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience guiding quality and change initiatives
Relationship-building and mentorship abilities
Computer, spreadsheet, database, and reporting-tool proficiency
Apply quality assurance, compliance, risk management, and mentorship skills across Schlegel Villages’ West region.
