Hamilton Sports Group seeks an Account Executive for Ticket Sales and Business Development. You will grow season memberships, groups, premium seating and related programs through organized outreach and relationship management. The position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales & Service.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect companies, schools, associations and community organizations
Sell season memberships, groups and premium ticket products
Manage accounts through purchase, fulfilment, games and follow-up
Record leads, touchpoints and commitments in Salesforce
Attend home games, events and networking activities
Requirements: Demonstrated prospecting, pipeline-building and closing capability
Customer-first approach to client relationship management
Knowledge of Hamilton and the Greater Hamilton Area
Strong communication, organization and follow-through
Vehicle access and availability for home games
Apply sales, CRM discipline and account service skills while growing Hamilton Tiger-Cats revenue and relationships across Hamilton.
