Lead full-cycle recruitment and employee relations as an HR Generalist supporting McCoy Global in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, this HR Generalist manages broad human resources functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding, policies, performance management, employee engagement, and payroll backup. The work serves employees, managers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead workforce planning, job postings, selection, offers, and onboarding
Advise managers on policies, concerns, attendance, and workplace matters
Coordinate performance reviews and improvement plan documentation
Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and employee documentation
Provide backup support for accurate payroll processing
Requirements: Minimum three years of progressive human resources experience
Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding experience
Employee relations and performance management experience
Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace standards
Microsoft Office and HR systems proficiency
Bring recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration expertise to McCoy Global’s People and Culture team in Edmonton.
