The Courier provides courteous package pickup and delivery while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service. Customer service, communication, organization, and time management support daily route activities. The schedule includes two weekdays plus Saturday, with Sunday during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service features
Provide related customer service functions
Operate according to scheduled weekday and weekend shifts
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Achieve the mandatory driver assessment training threshold
Demonstrate communication, organization, and customer service skills
Apply package delivery, route organization, and customer service skills as a FedEx Courier serving assigned shipments.
