The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and team development. You will coach sales and operations staff, manage KPI performance, and maintain Retail Brand Standards. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and strategic planning routines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop sales and operations team members
Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance expectations
Manage KPI performance, inventory accuracy, and operating procedures
Serve as Manager on Duty when required
Deliver seasonal visual merchandising aligned with EQ3 guidelines
Requirements: Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Bilingual French and English communication skills required
