This Lawyer position seeks candidates with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience. You will handle civil and commercial litigation, class actions, and construction law matters. Under partner supervision, you will support sophisticated clients through strategic legal work, court representation, and detailed file management.
Key Responsibilities: Work on significant civil and commercial litigation matters
Participate in class actions and construction litigation matters
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, memoranda, opinions, and legal documents




Represent clients before courts with partners’ supervision
Requirements: Member in positive standing of the Québec Bar
One to five years of litigation experience
Strong interest in commercial litigation, class actions, and construction law
Fully bilingual in written and spoken French and English
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
Bring rigorous bilingual advocacy, sound judgment, and strategic legal analysis to complex commercial litigation and client matters.
