Manage accurate, timely payables at Cozey while applying invoice processing and reconciliation skills across a growing online-first brand.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, the Accounts Payable Analyst supports finance operations across Canada, the US, and Australia. You will process invoices, maintain vendor data, manage supplier inquiries, and contribute to month-end close. The role also includes improving payables accuracy and simplifying processes through automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on schedule
Onboard vendors and maintain accurate master data
Own the payables inbox and answer vendor requests
Complete credit card reconciliation during month-end close
Improve payables processes through automation and AI
Requirements: 0–3 years of accounts payable or finance experience
Experience with an ERP; NetSuite is an asset
Basic accounting knowledge; tax exposure is a plus
Strong accuracy, detail orientation, and discretion
Skilled French and English communication skills
Bring invoice processing, reconciliation, and process improvement skills to strengthen Cozey’s payables operations across multiple markets.
