As Human Resources Manager, you will guide day-to-day HR activities for Sodexo Live! operations. The work covers recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, HR administration, workplace compliance, and workforce planning. You will advise operational leaders and employees while supporting an inclusive, respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Manage collective bargaining agreement compliance and related workplace concerns
Lead hourly recruitment, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding
Coordinate employment documentation and required training for recent hires
Support investigations, performance management,



accommodations, and employee relations
Partner with safety representatives across high-volume event operations
Requirements: Four or more years of progressive human resources experience
At least two years in HR leadership, management, or supervision
Working knowledge of Ontario employment, human rights, and safety requirements
Experience supporting employee relations within collective bargaining agreements
Strong relationships, professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
