Key Responsibilities: Manage renovation and construction project execution
Read blueprints and coordinate trade scopes
Schedule projects, track costs, and approve time
Order materials and manage tool inventories
Perform required site work and operate equipment
Requirements: Proven construction industry leadership experience
Property development and property management experience
Journeyman Carpenter Certification, Red Seal or higher
Proven job site safety training experience
Clean driver’s abstract
