As a Registered Nurse Clinical Practice Lead, you will contribute to patient care and skilled nursing practice. Working under a Manager or designate, you will support practice assessment, development, care coordination, and leadership activities. The position works collaboratively within the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to delivery of patient care
Enhance professional nursing practice through clinical practice
Complete practice assessment and development activities
Provide clinical consultation and care coordination




Support quality improvement and leadership activities
Requirements: Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
Practicing RN or RPN registrant status
Five years recent related experience or equivalent preparation
Effective interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize priorities and work independently
Bring registered nursing experience, clinical consultation, and leadership skills to Northern Health’s Med Surg practice in Fort St. John.
