Key Responsibilities: Interface with clients, adjusters, brokers, and insurers
Schedule inspections and evaluate property damage scopes
Estimate commercial and residential projects using industry software
Analyze project documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence




Provide technical direction and support to consultants
Requirements: Minimum two years of estimating experience
Restoration, insurance, remediation, or construction industry experience
Proficiency with Xactimate, Symbility, RS Means, or equivalent software
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, communication, analysis, and report-writing skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel thirty percent
Use restoration estimating, field inspection, and expert reporting skills to advise J.S. Held clients from Winnipeg.
