Support Flex-N-Gate automotive production by maintaining plant equipment, stamping presses, and assembly machines as an Industrial Maintenance Millwright. This is a second-shift assignment.
The Millwright is responsible for equipment installation, repair, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the facility. Daily work covers preventative maintenance, minor electrical repairs, welding, and general mechanical fabrication. Candidates should understand progressive and transfer die protection, hydraulics, pneumatics, drawings, sketches, and operating manuals. The schedule runs from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain plant equipment supporting automotive component manufacturing
Service stamping presses and assembly machines
Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems




Complete minor electrical repairs and required welding
Perform general mechanical and fabricating work
Requirements: High School Diploma required
Red Seal Licensed Millwright or eight years practical experience
Minimum one to three years industrial maintenance experience
Working knowledge of progressive and transfer die protection
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Bring industrial maintenance experience, mechanical skills, and equipment troubleshooting knowledge to Flex-N-Gate’s second-shift manufacturing operation.
