This Counter Sales Associate role serves customers and supports daily branch operations. You will complete order entry, fulfillment documentation, inventory organization, and material handling while maintaining accurate stock locations. The position also contributes to sales growth through product recommendations, special offers, and collaboration with inside and outside sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately through fulfillment
Complete invoices, quotes, and shipping paperwork
Pick, pack, ship, receive, and replenish stock
Load, unload, move, and store materials safely




Maintain clean, organized, and qualified workspaces
Requirements: Customer service, warehouse, counter sales, or order desk experience preferred
Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive commitment to customer service and safety
