The Fleet Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living in Dartmouth. You will deliver person-centred care with dignity, independence and wellbeing, following care plans and collaborating with the team.
We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers; full training, guidance and ongoing development are provided. The role requires availability for alternate weekends and supports a warm, supportive setting where residents
