Strengthen credit review and collections operations as a full time, permanent Supervisor working on-site in Mississauga, Monday through Friday. Lead people and processes.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this supervisor oversees the daily Credit and Collections function and the team supporting it. Responsibilities include reviewing customer adjustments, preparing management reports, monitoring account currency, and identifying process improvements. The role also supports policy and procedure adherence.
Key Responsibilities: Review customer adjustments and develop recurring management reports
Keep assigned accounts current and collection notes updated
Escalate disputed invoices and related issues appropriately




Compare key reports against budget and organizational goals
Recommend policy and procedure revisions for improvement
Requirements: Ability to lead daily Credit and Collections functions
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Ability to supervise and develop direct reports
Experience with performance ratings and goal setting
Ability to support annual wage reviews
Bring credit oversight, collections follow-up, management reporting, and team development experience to this Mississauga supervisory position.
