What you will do Plan crew allocations across shows and coordinate recruitment, onboarding and resource changes.
Support production assistants, coordinators and line producers through reviews, development and departmental reporting.
What the studio is looking for Experience scheduling crews or projects and building effective teams.
HR experience, negotiation and resource-planning skills; VFX production and CG pipeline knowledge is beneficial.
Strong communication, diplomacy and attention to detail.
