St. Francis Xavier University is hiring a Manager, Student Accounts within Financial Services. This full-time managerial professional oversees student financial operations, including fee assessments, statements, collections, tax reporting, and audit support. You will apply policies and regulations, manage risk, and coordinate complex account matters across campus departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly statements, fee assessments, collections, and year-end activities
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, reporting, and controls
Coordinate student financial processes with departments and external partners
Oversee refunds, adjustments, corrections,



and transaction authorization
Maintain accurate information on tuition, fees, options, and deadlines
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
Seven to ten years’ experience in receivables or related functions
Strong accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting knowledge
Experience interpreting policies for complex financial matters
Ability to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and manage priorities
Use revenue management, receivables, and analytical expertise to support accurate student financial operations at StFX.
