Reporting to the Team Lead, Application & Cloud Services, you will deliver application operations within Business Technology Services. Your work includes installations, troubleshooting, vulnerability management, scripting, packaging, deployment, and technical assurance. You will also support projects, documentation, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install software while following change management practices
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems
- Support on-premises and cloud environments
- Create documentation, scripts, packages, and deployments
- Participate in on-call support and emergency response

Requirements:

- Computer-related university or technology institute graduate
- At least three years of IT industry experience
- At least one year of technical support experience
- Windows support competency; Linux skills considered an asset
- Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 and ISP designation held or pursued
