West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nurse for the Newmarket Integrated Neighbourhood Team. The role involves home visits, assessing patients and delivering individual care plans, working closely with the Virtual Ward and Early Intervention Team.

Newly qualified and experienced nurses are welcome; RN/NMC registration is required or awaiting. The post includes leg ulcer and doppler clinics, with a robust emphasis on teamwork, mentoring, and high-quality community care.
