As Events Coordinator, Student Engagement, you will support Arts & Science Co-op students through engagement and success events. The position coordinates programming such as Co-op Kickoff and Peer to Peer Networking. You will work with campus services, vendors, students, and other stakeholders throughout planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, organize, and execute student engagement events
- Develop calendars, timelines, milestones, and proposed budgets
- Coordinate setup, catering, registration, and event promotion
- Deliver presentations promoting programs and initiatives




- Evaluate outcomes and recommend engagement improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Three years’ recent experience coordinating undergraduate student events
- Experience analyzing participation and feedback data
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive event design
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
