Supporting Trouw Nutrition’s Poultry business, you will manage assigned customers’ feed programs from planning through execution. The role requires ERP experience, digital proficiency, accurate prioritization, and strong communication. You will coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and operations while supporting reliable feed delivery and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end feed program execution for assigned Poultry customers
- Use M3 and multiple systems to analyze customer data
- Anticipate orders and plan production requirements
- Coordinate feed execution with operations and sales




- Contact customers proactively when feed levels are low

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Strong verbal, written, and relationship-building communication skills
- Analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making confidence
- ERP experience and robust digital proficiency
- Full-time on-site availability, including Saturday and holiday coverage
