As a Junior AI Native Experience Designer, you’ll work with designers, engineers, strategists, and clients. You’ll create digital products, services, and experiences while developing technical fluency. The work spans research, ideation, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and iteration. You’ll explore agents, copilots, conversational interfaces, generative interfaces, and multimodal AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design AI-native products, services, and digital experiences
- Explore interaction patterns for agents and multimodal AI
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma and AI tools




- Translate complex challenges into intuitive experiences
- Partner with engineers on production experiences

Requirements:

- Two to four years of skilled experience
- Portfolio showing digital experience design from problem to execution
- Strong Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems experience
- Experience using AI to design, prototype, or create
- Human-centered design and user research foundations
