As a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will address day-to-day advice needs and banking questions. You will support recent accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and customer problem resolution. The work includes confidential judgement, accurate documentation, and referrals to appropriate staff or internal Bank partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers through advice, transactions, digital education, and resolution
- Understand needs and guide customers toward appropriate contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Complete business processes and accurate regulatory documentation

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
- Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
