Transam Carriers operates more than 140 trucks across Canada and the U.S. This City Dispatcher takes over afternoon operations, manages late-day deliveries, and coordinates linehaul traffic. The position also plans the next morning’s city work and maintains accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take over afternoon operations from the morning dispatcher
- Coordinate late-day deliveries and linehaul truck movements
- Plan next morning’s city work and assignments
- Track drivers in real time using Samsara
- Record trips, hours, detention, and handover notes

Requirements:

- At least two years of dispatch experience
- Local or city pickup and delivery experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GTA roads and terminals
- Experience with TMS and ELD or telematics systems
- Calm, independent, reliable approach; second language an asset
