Lead plant-level human resources in Cornwall with bilingual communication and employee relations expertise at Leclerc Biscuits. Support leaders through complete HR activities.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will serve as Leclerc’s lead HR partner at the plant. You will support the Plant Manager and leadership team while managing recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. You will also supervise HR Advisors and Internal Trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote inclusive leadership aligned with company values
- Lead engagement, recognition, succession, and change initiatives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Handle absence, disability, safety, investigation, and relations cases




- Coordinate social audits and corrective action plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Six years of manufacturing human resources experience
- French and English proficiency, spoken and written
- CHRP, CHRL, or CHRE designation considered an asset
- Solid organization, initiative, rigor, and communication skills
