This full-time, 12-month term position supports Video Lottery and Retail Lottery sites across Moncton and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain, install, and repair gaming equipment while diagnosing issues, protecting uptime, and meeting service standards. The work requires independent field activity and regular retailer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve gaming technology equipment issues

Requirements:
