Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk reporting to the Finance Manager. You will support invoice processing, payment activities, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. The work includes SAP, IMS, BlackLine, vendor statements, and month-end accounting support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match packing slips, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Enter invoices into SAP and scan documentation into IMS
- Support ACH, cheque, tax payment, and payment activities
- Review vendor statements, blocked items, and outstanding balances




- Reconcile AP subledgers, general ledger, and assigned accounts

Requirements:

- College diploma with accounting experience
- Accounts payable, invoice processing, or related accounting experience preferred
- Solid organizational skills managing priorities and deadlines
- Spreadsheet, computer application, invoicing, and accounting systems proficiency
- Experience with SAP and BlackLine is an asset
