Summit Start Riverview seeks an experienced, hands-on Assistant Daycare Director for its Riverview childcare program. This full-time leadership role supports staff coaching, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and consistent policy implementation. The program operates seven days weekly, with services until midnight.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, program quality, and child supervision
Monitor health, safety, and Alberta licensing compliance
Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
Assist scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing levels




Address operational concerns and urgent situations
Requirements: Two to three years childcare supervisory or leadership experience
Knowledge of Alberta licensing and childcare practices
Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and changing operational needs
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C
