As a Software Engineer II, you will develop components of solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. The work spans Loyalty Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and connected enterprise systems. You will contribute across design, programming, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Loyalty Management capabilities
Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Provide technical leadership for APIs, middleware, ETL, and event architectures
Document architecture, integrations, deployments,



and operational support
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and connected-platform challenges
Requirements: Undergraduate, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate
Strong academic background in computer science or engineering
Five to seven years of relevant experience
