This Accountant manages month-end and year-end processes while assisting with financial statements, schedules, and internal reports. The work includes general ledger review, reconciliations, accruals, adjusting entries, and discrepancy investigation. You will also support external accountants, reviews, tax filings, and organized working papers.
Key Responsibilities: Execute accurate, complete, and timely month-end processes
Prepare financial statements and supporting management reports
Review general ledger balances, reconciliations, and accruals




Investigate unusual transactions and reporting discrepancies
Maintain organized working papers and documentation
Requirements: Postsecondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Two to five years of progressive accounting experience
Hands-on accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger experience
Robust understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
Apply bilingual accounting expertise to strengthen financial reporting, reconciliations, period-end close, and reliable management information.
