As Director, AI Wealth Enablement, you will partner with business leaders, Advisors, Technology, data, and architecture teams. You will shape opportunities across advisor experience, dealer processes, compliance, and other Wealth priorities. Your work will support effective, responsible, value driven implementation of AI capabilities, including generative AI, automation, analytics, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities: Identify high value AI opportunities with functional leaders
Shape business cases, benefits, risks, and success measures
Gather Advisor feedback and promote helpful AI capabilities




Translate business needs into prioritized AI requirements
Track value realization and champion responsible AI practices
Requirements: Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
Experience applying AI in regulated financial services
Business strategy and technology translation skills
Business case and outcome measurement experience
Exceptional stakeholder leadership and communication skills
