This full time Accounting Assistant Supervisor position oversees accounting and financial administrative functions for the company and affiliated entities. You will supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and transaction processing. The role also supports reporting, office administration, and accounting team development.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily Accounts Payable, Receivable, and reconciliation activities
Ensure accurate financial transactions and accounting records
Assist with budgets, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Train, mentor, and guide accounting staff




Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
Requirements: Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related post-secondary education
Three to five years of progressive accounting experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset
Accounting software and financial systems experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Apply accounting knowledge, supervisory ability, and analytical skills across financial operations, records, reporting, and team guidance.
