This Manager owns applications supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, People Operations, and Employee Experience. You will translate HR needs into scalable solutions while partnering with HR leaders, architects, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and enterprise technology groups. The work spans solution architecture, delivery, operational health, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities: Own assigned HR technology applications and technology roadmaps
Translate HR strategies into technology requirements and solution options
Document solution architecture, integrations, data, security, and identity flows




Coordinate enhancements from requirements through implementation
Monitor application health, incidents, costs, vendors, and technology risks
Requirements: Four or more years in technology or related fields
Understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, data, identity, and security
Robust analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to nontechnical audiences
Experience translating business needs into technology solutions
