As a full time Banking Advisor, you will serve as a primary contact for personal and business members. The position combines exceptional service with sales performance across personal banking, day-to-day business banking, and small business lending. You will support Libro’s focus on strengthening financial well-being for local businesses, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored financial advice across personal and business banking
Open accounts and support digital services for members
Offer loans, lines of credit, cards, and simple mortgages
Provide small business lending advice up to $250,000




Identify opportunities and transition complex needs to managers
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
One to three years’ financial services sales or advisory experience
Personal, business banking, and small business lending experience
Proven ability to drive sales through proactive engagement
Passion for helping people strengthen financial well-being
