Insight Global is seeking a Functional Lead for a contract through June 2028, supporting a leading agriculture company. Lead discovery, requirements, process design, implementation, adoption, and value realization across inventory visibility and tank monitoring. Work directly with operational leaders, Directors, and VPs while guiding a cross-functional pod.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery for inventory and operational business solutions
Conduct workshops and define detailed requirements
Create process maps, business rules, and functional specifications
Guide solution implementation and stakeholder adoption




Establish playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable delivery standards
Requirements: 10+ years in product delivery, ownership, or functional leadership
Experience owning solutions through implementation and value realization
Solid executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Supply chain, logistics, or operations transformation experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio capabilities
Bring product ownership, operational transformation, and requirements leadership to supply chain visibility and monitoring initiatives.
