Lead emergency restoration projects with Belfor, using Xactimate, client communication, and field coordination to manage services from assessment through completion.
Reporting to the General Manager, this Project Manager oversees residential, marine, commercial, and industrial work. The position assesses damage, creates estimates, explains technical details, and manages customer, subcontractor, consultant, and insurance relationships. Business development and account management activities support existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities: Assess job-site damage and create accurate Xactimate estimates
Manage complex restoration projects, budgets, scopes, and timelines
Coordinate appointments, site meetings, subcontractors, and insurance representatives
Secure authorizations, deposits, permits,



billing, and completion certificates
Communicate site conditions and technical explanations professionally
Requirements: Three or more years in a similar role
Construction, restoration, or insurance experience preferred
Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience preferred
Knowledge of building codes, hazardous materials, and construction trades
Availability for evenings, on-call work, weekends, and travel
Bring restoration project management, Xactimate estimating, and skilled field communication to Belfor’s emergency services operations.
