As an Operations Supervisor, you will support store success through active floor management and performance-based leadership. You will assign shifts, review results, communicate sales goals, and provide feedback. The role also includes payroll monitoring, inventory processes, POS use, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and model a customer-first culture across roles
Assign shifts and manage the sales floor actively
Coach selling skills, behaviors, and processes
Monitor payroll, timesheets, inventory, and receiving processes
Communicate goals and drive action through Chat Ins/Chat Outs
Requirements: High School Diploma or degree
Two-four years of prior retail management experience
Apparel or specialty store experience
Prior computerized POS system experience
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
Bring retail leadership, customer focus, payroll oversight, and computerized POS experience to David’s Bridal store operations.
