Key Responsibilities: Own full P&L; performance, budgets, and profitability
Lead strategic and operational manufacturing functions
Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and costs
Support growth initiatives and current manufacturing programs

Requirements: Minimum five years as a manufacturing General Manager
Mandatory full P&L; responsibility experience
Automotive, metal manufacturing, or industrial background
Experience leading complex, multi shift operations
