CBC/Radio-Canada seeks a Communications Officer for its English Services team. You will support marketing, communications and brand strategies for digital, radio and television programming. The work includes events, social media, newsletters and relationships with community partners, editorial colleagues and vendors across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Support community events, outreach and stakeholder engagement
Create, edit and post social media content
Develop chat notes, community posts and newsletters




Coordinate branded promotional material orders and cataloguing
Research projects and manage newsroom tours
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant communications experience
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience with community event logistics and brand activation
Google Suite and social media tool experience
Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving record
Bring storytelling, organization and relationship-building skills to CBC’s communications and marketing work across Halifax and the Atlantic region.
