As a Data Engineer, you will develop reliable infrastructure for automated marketing, personalization, targeting, and decisioning. Your work supports Prime’s Member Experience organization and more than 300 million members. You will create scalable products alongside economists, research scientists, applied scientists, analysts, and engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain big data pipelines for machine learning applications
Advance infrastructure using AWS Glue, Spark, and Amazon EMR
Implement data quality monitoring and anomaly detection alerting




Create data models and analysis-ready datasets with scientists
Evaluate generative AI tools for workflow automation
Requirements: Three or more years of data engineering experience
Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines
Experience manipulating and processing large datasets
Experience with AWS technologies including S3, Glue, or EMR
Experience with non-relational databases or data stores
Apply data engineering, AWS, and machine learning expertise to strengthen Amazon Prime’s global member experience.
