Assemble animation storyboards and audio as an Assistant Editor with WildBrain Studios in Vancouver, using Avid Media Composer and editorial organization. This hybrid, flexible role requires location within British Columbia.

Reporting to the Producer, you will support Animatic Editors with daily production needs for animated shows. The work combines editorial judgment, creative timing, and careful management of timelines, bins, and media files. You will help shape first-pass episodes and outputs for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble first-pass episodes from storyboard panels, audio takes, and scripts
- Cut revision panels into episode timelines
- Create animatic outputs for clients and internal needs




- Maintain walla libraries and episode reuse shot lists
- Manage editorial projects, bins, and media files

Requirements:

- One to three years of professional editorial experience
- Robust understanding of Avid Media Composer
- Film production degree or diploma from a recognized school
- Ability to collaborate, take direction, and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt to show styles and deadline pressure
