Shift4 is seeking a Customer Service Sr Associate for in office work in Toronto, ON. The role involves responding to calls, tickets, and live chats for GiveX Gift Card clients, assisting with setup and reports, and coordinating follow-up actions across departments.

Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities (French/Spanish/Portuguese) are an asset, and familiarity with MS Office and basic networking is helpful.
