This permanent full-time Health Information Skilled 3 position serves the Health Records department. The incumbent supervises administrative support staff compiling and analyzing records while managing, accessing, and protecting health information. The schedule includes day, eight-hour, and twelve-hour shifts, subject to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise administrative support staff assigned to records compilation
- Analyze health records and related information
- Manage, code, and process health record information




- Access and protect information contained in health records

Requirements:

- Hold a valid CHIMA certificate and membership in good standing
- Complete a CHIMA-recognized Health Information Management program
- Bring at least three years of health information management experience
- Demonstrate supervisory ability and sound problem-solving judgment
- Know disclosure legislation, Meditech, Microsoft Office, and 3M
