As a Tenant Support Worker, you work with residents over the long term to meet basic needs and strengthen independence. The position includes tenant intakes, identifying challenges, developing service plans, and maintaining required records.
Key Responsibilities: Identify tenant challenges and develop individualized service plans
Work ongoing with individuals to meet basic needs
Provide education and skills training to residents
Assist volunteers and practicum students on site
Remain alert and attentive throughout every shift
