Design engaging learning experiences with FYihealth group in Calgary, using instructional design, adult learning principles, and wide-ranging delivery methods. This full-time contract role supports People & Culture.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with Learning and Organizational Effectiveness. You will create learning assets, facilitate workshops, support leadership development, and connect business needs with measurable outcomes. The contract runs through December 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Design learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles
Create eLearning, microlearning, virtual, in-person, and blended learning
Conduct needs analyses and recommend learning interventions




Facilitate workshops and live virtual learning events
Build and maintain learning through UKG
Requirements: Three-plus years designing learning content and pathways
Three to five-plus years facilitating, presenting, or public speaking
Experience with learning authoring and content creation tools
Excellent Office 365 working knowledge
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Bring instructional design, facilitation, and learning technology expertise to FYihealth group’s Calgary People and Culture team.
