Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop front end department employees
Manage scheduling, recruitment, performance, and training
Merchandise racks, fixtures, and order products
Maintain inventory and resolve customer concerns
Balance cash office and identify discrepancies
Requirements: Minimum 18 months front end department experience
High school diploma
Full knowledge of department operations and skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite use
Above average oral and written communication skills
Support Sobeys front end leadership through customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and employee development expertise.
