Brandt seeks a Heavy Equipment Technician for its Winnipeg Construction and Forestry location. This full-time shop position maintains construction and forestry equipment and attachments. You will evaluate working condition, diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs while supporting service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, assemble, disassemble, and repair heavy duty equipment
Use instruments, hand tools, power tools, and computer systems
Document machine information, actions, and time on work orders
Use John Deere Service Advisor for maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis




Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required
Requirements: Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment preferred
Certified Journeyperson or equivalent designated trade preferred
