Support Webber’s road maintenance operations with mobile equipment, traffic control, and seasonal repair work across Ontario’s contracted infrastructure.
As a Seasonal Equipment Operator, you will help maintain roadways, medians, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, signs, guardrails, and fences. Winter duties focus on snow and ice removal, sanding, salting, and related seasonal maintenance. Summer assignments may involve repairing surfaces, replacing reflectors, removing debris, and maintaining highway assets. This position requires transparent communication, hazard awareness, and consistent adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Operate tractors, graders, mowers, sweepers, augers, and mobile equipment
Repair highway surfaces, potholes, striping, signs, and guardrails




Remove litter and debris from maintenance areas
Transport equipment and crews between work locations
Respond to emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements: Valid Ontario Class DZ license with acceptable driving record
One or more years of related construction or road experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to interpret safety rules and operating instructions
Ability to work with hand and powered tools
Apply road repair, equipment operation, and hazard awareness skills supporting Webber’s seasonal maintenance contracts.
