Homestead Land Holdings Limited seeks a Cleaner to maintain residential spaces across its rental communities. You will clean shared areas, prepare tenant units after vacancy, maintain garbage and recycling rooms, and perform winter snow removal. Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Clean elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms
Clean vacant tenant units, including kitchens and bathrooms
Clean ovens and fridges in vacant units
Perform winter snow removal when required
Complete other duties as required
Requirements: Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
