As GTM Developer, Expansion & Retention, you will connect customer signals with revenue actions for Workleap Technologies. You will ship agentic workflows for Account Management and Sales. The work spans usage data, support interactions, renewal dates, and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early
Design agentic cross-sell motions for existing customers
Connect product usage systems with the CRM
Replace manual workflows with reusable pipeline modules
Report on pipeline, conversions, renewals, and revenue impact
Requirements: RevOps, marketing operations, customer success operations, or GTM engineering background
Hands-on n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar experience
Python or TypeScript knowledge for integrations and transformation
Agentic tools, MCP connectors, and LLM workflow fluency
Working SQL and solid CRM data modeling skills
Use AI agents, trusted data, and GTM engineering to strengthen ShareGate renewals and expand customer revenue.
